- DIGITAL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS: o Coordinate with internal departments (Product development, Communication or Operational Marketing) to ensure delivery of materials needed for the proper execution of digital marketing projects o Brief agencies for the development of creative assets and launchbooks for the seasonal (Valentine ́s Day, Mother ́s Day, XMAS etc.) and launch campaigns according to the pre-defined strategy. o Participate in the team brainstormings, photo & video content productions.
- DIGITAL ASSETS: o Manage a variety of digital assets & copywriting for the main digital channels: etailers, paid media, own website, organic social. Oversee correct uploading & tagging of the assets at the internal platform and support local teams, facilitating access to the assets
- CRM: o Lead the execution of email-marketing plan, defining the content storytelling, setting the creativities in CMS, briefing the developer for the send outs, and analyzing the results. Manage the internal data catching tool, customizing landing pages for the specific needs of the campaign.
- SOCIAL MEDIA: o Own social media strategy for the local events, being a mediator between the brand & local market teams and covering the needs of digital and communications departments.
- WEBSITE: o Brief the agency and oversee the website content updates (homepage, product listing pages, new product pages etc.).
- DIGITAL BUSINESS: o Support in the development of international e-retailing guidelines across key markets (LATAM) o Be responsible for the quarterly online stores check, helping the local market teams to improve brand presence on etailer websites.
- INFLUENCER MARKETING: o Influencer scouting and selection: review and evaluate (approve / reject) market profiles and proposals, analyze them via Lefty platform (official Puig's). Follow up with local communication and marketing teams.
- EVENTS &
- COMMUNICATION GUIDELINES: o Develop, together with the Communication Manager, events & influencer marketing guidelines in order lo align messages and achieve one voice globally
- Strong communications and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and agile
- Content & Digital project management background is a big plus
- Creative eye & Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva etc)
- Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Barcelona 1-year temporary contract Together with the Digital Marketing manager and PR & Communications manager, you will work on the global digital & influencer strategy for Benetton and Shakira perfumes, helping the local market teams launch the best-in-class campaigns.
What you ́ll get to doo Influencer campaigns reporting:
on monthly basis; influencers' performance update; all influencer campaigns in all markets. Work closely with HQ agencies.
SPECIAL PROJECTS:
o Key markets:
follow up with communication manager of all influencer activations (content calendar, events, local shootings) in key markets (Global ambassadors, secondary crews in key projects)
o Secondary markets:
lead the support to secondary markets on local influencers activations – from top to end (scouting, briefs, product seeding, events) making sure they all follow brand guidelines.
