A cerca del rol:

Dentro del Negocio de Helados Ferrero, Ice Cream Factory Comaker (ICFC), uno de los mayores fabricantes de helados de Europa del Grupo Ferrero, busca actualmente un/una Especialista en Cuentas por Cobrar.

Como parte del equipo de Administración, gestionará todo el procesos de cuentas por cobrar de clientes asignados, trabajando encolaboración para lograr los objetivos de Ferrero en materia de seguridad, productividad, calidad, satisfacción del cliente y sostenibilidad ambiental.

Principales responsabilidades

Como Especialista de Cuentas por Cobrar, serás responsable de:

1. Gestión de Operaciones de Cuentas por Cobrar:

Gestionar todo el proceso de cuentas por cobrar, incluyendo facturación y cobros para la empresa española, italiana y francesa.
Garantizar el registro oportuno y preciso de las transacciones.
Colaborar con equipos interfuncionales para resolver discrepancias en facturación o pagos.

2. Reportes Financieros:

Generar informes regulares sobre el "aging" de cuentas por cobrar y saldos pendientes.
Analizar tendencias y proponer mejoras.
Colaborar en procesos de auditoría interna y externa.

3. Relaciones con clientes:

Construir relaciones sólidas con los clientes, asegurando comunicación oportuna y abordando cualquier inquietud del cliente.

A quien estamos buscando

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas por cobrar o afines.
Capacidad demostrable para asumir con éxito un alto volumen de cuentas por cobrar.
Experiencia práctica con softwares de contabilidad y conocimientos avanzados de MS Excel.
Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para crear reportes detallados.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
Titulación en finanzas, contabilidad o una disciplina relacionada (preferido).
Experiencia en SAP Business One es un plus.
