WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


We are looking for a Software Implementation and Support specialist with three or more years of experience implementing and supporting software such as cloud collaboration tools.


We offer an exciting, forward-thinking Silicon Valley-style environment, working with some of the biggest corporations and most innovative startups in the world.

The position will be located in Valencia and will report directly to the Director of Automation.


HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
During your first month you will need to familiarize yourself with our business and our collaboration tool portfolio.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Reactive Software Support:_
  • Provide support to staff and external users in a variety of platforms
  • Provide software demos to existing and prospect customers
  • Proactive Training (internal staff and external users):_
  • Prepare training materials and keep them up to date
  • Identify and train on best practices and functionality on the aforementioned tools
  • Identify tactics to increase adoption within our staff
  • New software & feature rollouts:_
  • Rollout software to new offices
  • Document the implementation process and keep project plans up to date; recording all interactions, questions, and experiences
  • Record feedback and suggest improvements
  • Monitor compliance with PnP policies and standards
  • Administrative Tasks_
  • Onboard/offboard employees from software
  • Manage invoicing for software

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:


  • Fouryear degree or equivalent with relevant experience in IT fields
  • Experience with previous team collaboration toolsbased implementation or support experience including new technologies onboarding
  • Comfortable with change and organizational/process evolution in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong communicator that is both technically adept and personable
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proven ability to prioritize responsibilities to effectively meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Preferred: the ability to work later 12pm 8pm
