    SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

    • Project Engineer for projects of heavylifting in West Africa
    • Working at Mammoet Spain office in Daganzo (Madrid) travelling to projects to West Africa (Ghana Ivory Coast, Senegal...)

As the Project Manager, we will look to you to deliver each project safely and successfully. The potential is vast; the projects will be challenging, exciting, unique.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
    • Using your expertise to develop best-in-class engineering solutions for heavy lifting and transportation projects
    • Developing drawings, calculations, visualizations, manuals, risk assessments and other key documents
    • Ensuring efficient execution that delivers the right results for the customer
    • International travel to project sites
    • Test both your technical project management skills and your people skills
    • Oversee the critical planning, communications, decisions, management and actions connected to the project.
    • Responsible for all activity related to the contract, risk management, project preparation, project execution and project control.
    • As you demonstrate your ability, so there will be the opportunity to oversee projects of progressive scale and complexity.
    WHAT YOU'LL NEED
    • Educated to degree level or above in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering is essential.
    • Professional level experience in enineering operation practises and systems, HLT equipment, internal codes and standards
    • French, native or fluent proficiency verbal and written
    • Desire English, fluent verbal and written
    • 1+ years relevant work experience
    • Prepared to work away from home on a project basis
