International real estate company is looking for the Global Talent Leader to develop the Global Talent Strategy:

Responsabilities:

Identify the type or volume of talent needed to support our overall business strategy and project goals.
Design Employee Value Proposition and work with local Business Leaders and HR teams to evaluate current processes and develop a new strategy for global recruiting and talent development.
Design and drive the overall learning and development curriculum, standards and strategy while delivering end to end solutions across the talent management framework, to drive a culture of continuous learning and performance.
Establish organizational development and talent management strategies geared toward that will ensure leadership continuity and career progression for employees.
Design innovative programs to strengthen individuals' company knowledge, business acumen, leadership skills, while driving a culture of curiosity and continued learning
Establish pre-training and post-training metrics, training evaluation tools, and program effectiveness assessments, and address needs for improvement where necessary.
Partner with various cross functional team members to scale content and delivery
Build an Alumni program that would allow us to maintain a source of knowledge and collaboration beyond labor relationships that would benefit booth the company and the alumni by offering additional development and benefits

Requeriments

A Master ́s or bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or relevant field.
A minimum of 3/5 years of comprehensive experience in similar role.
International experience is essential, with ability to thrive in a diverse and multicultural environment.
Fluent in English and Spanish
