Morgan Philips is looking for a Senior Compliance Manager for a leading multinational company in the food service sector.

MISSION

Reporting into the BU Managing Director
Responsible for assuring compliance of assigned unit operations in the fields of Quality/Food Safety, Environment, Health and Safety (QEH&S) and, in cases, Security
Actively lead improvements and implement risk mitigation solutions within all assigned operating units.

KEY TASKS

Provides operating unit technical support in the areas of quality, food safety, occupational safety and health, chemical safety, waste management, waste water and storm water pollution prevention, air quality and environmental requirements.
Works in collaboration with unit management to drive company compliance strategy and execution plans, assuring compliance with QEH&S standards.
Responsible for compliance with local, state and government regulations in food safety, environment, health and safety.
Leads and facilitates operating unit in the determination of quality defects, accident and injury root causes, corrective and preventative measures are taken.
Manages unit operational training in QEH&S.
Implements special measures and projects related to company business objectives related to QEH&S.
Monitors, measures and communicate quality and safety current state conditions of compliance including trending on QEH&S of unit.
Provides leadership, development and succession planning for operating unit on the elements of QEH&S through exemplary teaching and coaching.
Prepares proposals, analysis and reports for unit and senior leadership.

SKILLS

Understanding of regulatory requirements on food safety, environment and safety.
Strong organizational, analytical, communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent understanding of problem solving methodologies and problem resolutions
Change Management skills
Analytical thinking with understanding of managing by operational KPIs
Good interpersonal skills and can work with all levels of employees

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

Bachelor's degree in Enginiering Environmental Health and Safety, Quality Management or related compliance field.
Proven English professional capacity knowledge, Spanish native or proficiency

EXPERIENCE

57 years industrial experience in quality, environmental, health and safety.
Food industry experience preferred
Proven teamwork experience in a fastpaced environment
Proven experience in development and implementation of quality, environmental, health and safety processes
