¿Qué estamos buscando?
En este momento estamos inmersos/as en pleno proceso de expansión y crecimientos y para ello, estamos buscando que se incorpore a #OKTeam en nuestra sede corporativa ubicada en Palma de Mallorca un/a Suppliers Administrative, cuya misión será controlar y supervisar los protocolos implementados por el departamento para la gestión operativa de las Stores, asegurando la eficiencia de los recursos, la consecución de objetivos de la compañía y garantizando la buena relación con los proveedores que nos prestan sus servicios.
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
Revisar los cierres de gastos mensuales, provisiones y pagos dentro de los términos pactados.
Analizar los resultados obtenidos e implementación de medidas de mejora.
Revisar y aplicar los procedimientos internos.
Gestionar incidencias y/o peticiones de las Stores.
Digitalizar los procesos inherentes al departamento.
Optimizar y crear procesos.
Realizar un seguimiento de los resultados.

Requisitos¿Qué necesitas para unirte al equipo?
FP Grado Superior en Administración y Finanzas, o similar.
1-2 años de experiencia previa en posiciones administrativas o similares.
Nivel avanzado de inglés. Trabajamos en un entorno internacional por lo que utilizarás el idioma en tu día a día.
Nivel avanzado de Excel.
Flexibilidad y capacidad para adaptarse a cambios constantes con el objetivo de mejorar y progresar.
¿Qué valoramos?
Valoramos positivamente el conocimiento y experiencia en el sector de la automoción, así como la experiencia en empresa internacional.
Otros idiomas europeos.
Valoramos habilidades organizativas, analíticas y orientación a los resultados así como buenas habilidades de comunicación.
