Join our TUI Global Business Services Team based in Palma de Mallorca as a P2P Masterbill Agent and manage a supplier portfolio, control of the debit balances recoveries of the company contacts with receptive offices.


ABOUT THE JOB

  • Management of reservation changes in SAP
  • Assist with supplier accounts management and support with general accounting activities
  • Answer queries and work closely to support TUI destination offices and departments
  • Review discrepancies and solve invoice/supplier account incidences
  • Analyse account statuses and recover the debit balances
  • Process payments in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintain relationships with receptive offices, LTA and WNS.
  • Ensure that Supplier Master Data is up to date and accurate at any time

ABOUT YOU

  • You have a methodical, resolutive and organized approach towards the execution of assigned tasks
  • Have previous experience in administration, supplier and/or customer management
  • Demonstrable accounting knowledge and financial acumen
  • The ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams & Outlook
  • Previous experience with SAP Stuart.
  • Knowledge of Destimo 1 and 2, Com Res and Iris plus our an asset
  • Be fluent in both verbal and written English also Spanish. German language is advantageous
  • Customer oriented and high communications skills
