- Reporting to the Responsible of the Whistleblowing Channel in Spain, managing the end-to-end process of cases raised through the different Raising Concern ́s sources (platform/email/meetings): analysis of allegations, pre-assessment, assignation to the relevant Investigation team, escalation to WBCF, follow up, analysis of closure proposal and anti-retaliation process.
- Coordinating the Corporate Defence Programme within DB Spain and Anti-Fraud working group.
- Collaborating in the local AFC processes linked to external fraud cases: reporting to Bank of Spain, presenting criminal claims to the Police, registering all relevant cases for further analysis/investigation.
- Very good knowledge and experience in managing massive routine tasks.
- Discipline in registering cases/timelines.
- Experience writing legal documents.
- Good command of written and oral English. Good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience dealing with external fraud topics within banking activity.
- Educated to university degree level (ideally Lawyer).
- Experience collaborating and working with international teams.
