    • Customer Relationship Management Specialist (CRM)

    Customer Relationship Management Specialist (CRM)

    Job Title: Customer Relationship Marketing Specialist - Hubspot preferred

    As a key team member, you will be responsible for optimizing and implementing our CRM campaigns and workflows, contributing to achieving our business development and customer loyalty goals, and maintaining a strong relationship with our BI team.

    How will you make an impact?

    Key Marketing Responsibilities

    • Manage email marketing campaigns, target specific audiences, and oversee global CRM marketing performance
    • Analyze campaign metrics, make improvement recommendations, and track overall performance
    • Enhance Hubspot landing page performance for emails and paid media campaigns
    • Develop automated email workflows to enhance nurturing processes, increase MQL conversion rates, and drive loyalty
    • Leverage segmentation and database analysis to support new product go-to-market strategies
    • Lead new lead generation initiatives, manage data extraction, and optimize the email strategy
    • Monitor and track key metrics to assess adoption and sales impact
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging with customer needs
    • Act as the Hubspot expert, suggesting improvements and enhancing database quality
    • What are we looking for?
    • Prior B2B CRM experience, preferably with Hubspot
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset
    • Team player who thrives in a multicultural environment with a start-up culture
    • Fluency in English is essential

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Understanding of Vacation Rental Business, Property Management Software, or Online Travel Agencies
    • Proficiency in Spanish and English
    • Experience with CRM or sales management tools is a plus
    • Dynamic and diverse work environment with opportunities for growth
