Your Profile:

Proficient in both German and English
:

Familiarity with IT platforms, tools, apps, and basic internet configuration; Windows/MS Office proficiency is a plus.
A strong customerfocused mindset.
Excellent listening and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently, adapt to different situations, and be a team player.

Your Responsibilities:

Quickly learn about fashion products and services.
Efficiently log call details onto management systems and follow up to ensure resolution within service level agreements (SLAs).
Stay updated with service, product knowledge, and industry trends.
Cover for colleagues and collaborate with supervisors on projects as needed.
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive working environment.
