- Proporcionar orientación técnica y liderazgo en el diseño e implementación de soluciones de IA en Inetum.
- Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones de IA utilizando tecnologías y algoritmos de vanguardia.
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios, incluidos desarrolladores de software, científicos de datos y expertos en el dominio, para conceptualizar y desarrollar soluciones de IA generativa innovadoras.
- Capacitar y mentorizar a miembros del equipo en el desarrollo de soluciones de IA.
- Poseer grado de Ingeniero (Informática, Telecomunicación) o Licenciatura en Matemáticas. Se valorará master o doctorado en Inteligencia Artificial.
- Experiencia comprobada en el diseño e implementación de soluciones de IA, incluidos algoritmos de aprendizaje profundo y aprendizaje automático.
- Se valorará experiencia en el desarrollo de soluciones basadas en Azure OpenAI Service, Google PaLM API, Amazon Bedrock, IBM o modelos opensource disponibles en Hugging Face.
- Experiencia en programación con lenguajes como Python, R, Java o C++.
- Familiaridad con bibliotecas y herramientas de IA, como TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch o Scikit-learn.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, así como habilidades de resolución de problemas y trabajo en equipo.
- Clara vocación tecnológica.
- Buen discurso y trato con cliente. Se valorará experiencia en comunicación con clientes finales, defensa de ofertas y reuniones técnicas.
- Motivación por integrarse en equipos multidisciplinares y de diferentes países.
