- Análisis de riesgos de contratos, identificación de riesgos y oportunidades del contrato con cliente, en cada etapa de proyecto.
- Seguimiento del cumplimiento de obligaciones contractuales y procedimientos ADR
- Elaboración y negociación con cliente de reclamaciones de plazo y coste, contratos y adendas
- Elaboración de comunicaciones contractuales a cliente, y supervisión y seguimiento del conjunto de comunicaciones a cliente.
- Asesoría y sensibilización a todo el equipo de proyecto en el Contrato principal, con transmisión de riesgos y oportunidades.

Formación:
Ingeniería Técnica o Superior. (Valorable)Alto nivel de Inglés.
