- Responsible of theproject's economic, time, scope alignment and customer satisfaction results.
- Analyze thetechnical and contractual information of the project and process any requiredclarification or negotiation either internally or externally with the customer.
- Control andactively influence the execution of the forecasted schedule in terms of designissuance, design approval, purchase of materials, production, testing,shipping, and commissioning up to the end of the warranty period;
- Coordinate thedocument flow to and from the customer and maintain a record about the statusof the documentation.
- Perform and managethe Project risks analysis, non conformance cost and claim/changes. Coordinatemitigation or preventive actions either internally or externally with thecustomer.
- Keep a constantcommunication with the customer, reporting the pending issues and the status ofthe project.
- Arrange with thecustomer meetings or factory visits for design reviews, inspections, factorytests, shipment and commissioning coordination.
- Degree inElectrical, Energy or Industrial Engineering.
- 5 years'experience in Project Management is required.
- Fluent in Spanishand English (both written/spoken).
- Project Management certification.
- Professionalexpertise in medium and low voltage switchgears, protection and automationsystems.
- Good knowledge ofMicrosoft Office and the MS Project will be considered a plus.
- Available totravel for business trip.
- Calm collected andcollaborative work well under pressure and comfortable with change andcomplexity in dynamic environments.
- Ability toidentify problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives usingbasic root cause analysis.
- Interpersonal andCommunication Skills.
- Strong customerfocus on both internal and external customers.
- Ability to meetdemanding schedule requirements without compromising quality.
- Should be a teamplayer.
- Driver's license.
