Mission

Manage the tax / social security deductions programs as well as Governmental/EU Funds Programs related R&D / ENG projects in Siemens Mobility Spain
Manage the internal SLAs with other Siemens Mobility entities as well as financial activities with external subcontractors (incl. cost controlling, release invoicing, POs) for Engineering Department
Support in Business Administration Tasks in the Engineering Department (Incl. Accounting transactions, Internal Projects, Budgeting, Forecast process)

Main Responsibilities

Deploy the tax deductions / social security deductions R&D Programs in Siemens Mobility Spain (incl. interfaces with the internal Departments HR, ENG, R&D, Users as well as external tax consultant company)
Commercial activities for Engineering Internal Projects to ensure adherence to the Budget (Setting project in SAP. Cost Controlling, Forecasting)
Drafting the internal SLAs with other Siemens Mobility entities and managing the financial activities (Purchase Orders, Invoicing process)
Manage the financial activities with external subcontractors (including the release of Purchase Order, Invoicing and Cost Controlling)
Support in all accounting, financial reporting, and other finance related operations (incl. accounting postings, reports of productive hours, P&L reporting).


Essential Requirements:

Business Administration Degree
Knowledge of MS Office as user level, particularly in Excel. Basic Knowledge in Power BI
Knowledge in SAP
Written and spoken English high level.
Knowledge in Taxes / Social Security System.
Data Analytics background and preparation of presentation to the management
Learning attitude for Business Administration tasks
