Responsibilities:

Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS) has a Commercial team in Madrid, covering Spain and Portuguese markets. The commercial team consists of a Commercial Director and two Relationship Managers.

The objective of this team is to continue developing the sales activity focus on local players and maintaining an excellent service quality for our non-resident clients.

As part of our sales strategy, our goal is provide global custody, cross-border solutions and specific products to extend our services, increase our client ́s data & market share, NBI and consolidate and our local presence in Spain

The VIE would have the following tasks:

Perform a detailed Product Market Analysis of the region/product
Review, analyse and document the Broker Dealer Market in the region
Review, analyse and document the Wealth Management & Alternative AM market in the region
Review, analyse and document the Insurance and Pension Fund market in the region
Review, complete and maintain the list of Tier 2 and Tier 3 Asset Management in the Region and their custody providers
Support a detailed Product Gap Analysis based in the Market insights acquired and the existing product capabilities within SGSS
For the Broker Dealer Segment and the Asset Management Segment
Support SGSS Global Sales Facilitation teams in contributing locally to transversal processes: Sales Plan, midyear Review, Prospecting Universe definition, deals and meetings followup, etc.

Profile required:

Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Financial Markets
A previous experience in _Securities servicing or business analyst in a financial environment (banking industry) could be appreciated_
Analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office,
Fluent in Spanish, French and English
