Mission:

By joining us you will be in the position for helping our team by supporting the settlement activities on Spanish equities, fixed income and Global Custody assets traded by our clients.

You will be also ready to perform all the internal processes that lead to the final settlement at Iberclear and other depositaries.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Monitoring the settlement instructions received from the client/s and contact them whenever a settlement problem arises
Processing, treatment and following up of the Clients' trades executed on the Spanish Market (via Broker or via OTC) from their origin up to their settlement
Maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate operations are communicated, confirmed, and settled
Connecting daily with Operators to resolve issues and ensure timely settlement of trades
Making sure the settlement & collections reports are delivered on time, meeting predefined deadlines
Support to the Clients

Profile required:

Studies & experience:

Bachelor or Master's degree finance/banking

Language skills:

Fluency in Spanish and English
French is considered a plus

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack
Interest/Knowledge in the Capital Market backoffice field
Background in economics or Finance (ADE, or other)
Flexibility and willingness to learn
