Mission:

Madrid Corporate Finance Department is looking for a Fixed term contract (
9-10 months) Analyst for the Equity Capital Market area.

You will join the Investment Banking Division (IBD) offering a global advisory approach focused on strategic dialogue with clients.

Building on long-term relationships based on trust, IBD offers clients the whole range of services offered by the Group, providing tailor-made solutions to corporates, financial institutions, the public sector and family offices.

As part of the ECM Team in Madrid you will work in a challenging and demanding environment by supporting senior staff in the origination and execution of ECM transactions.

You will have the possibility to work with experienced colleagues on interesting and diverse projects and thus, to have a steep learning curve.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Conducting industry and company analysis as well as company valuations
Searching and provide company, sector and market information, using every media available: Internet providers of databases (Reuters, Datastream, Bloomberg, Factiva and other through Internet), corporate WebPages, news, press, former studies and assignments
Preparing client presentation materials
Supporting in the preparation, origination, and execution of ECM transactions
Providing valuation analysis through different valuation methodologies

Profile required:

Studies & experience:

Graduate with strong financial background
Experience from previous internships, ideally in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance

Language skills:

Fluency in Spanish
Excellent level of English (C1)
French will be considered a plus

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

Very good command of Office tools
Knowledge of corporate finance concepts
Highly motivated and openminded
Natural learner to propose ideas proactively
Highly motivated and reliable selfstarter
