We are looking for their new Business Solutions Architect in Barcelona.

The Business Solution Architect plays a key role in structuring the enterprise in terms of its governance structure, business processes, and business information.

This person aligns strategic goals and objectives with decisions regarding products and services; partners and suppliers; organization; capabilities; and key business and IT initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the entire architecture stack of a defined domain i.e., One Business Capability
Responsible for the adoption of digital technologies in a given Domain or Capability.
Initiate digital initiatives and transformation projects
Assess and approach potentially emerging technologies and innovative ideas with special focus on creating new value through the smart use of digital tools, platforms, technologies, services, and processes.
He/she has will have a holistic view on the activities and all architecture information in the domain, is involved in planning activities and approves essential architecture decisions for the domain in question.
You will be responsible for Organizational business processes, Organizational Structure and Enterprise Data.
Understand and document business capabilities needed to address business challenges.
You will be responsible for the entire architecture stack of a defined domain i.e., One Business Capability
Responsible for the adoption of digital technologies in a given Domain or Capability.

Key requirements:

Min 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Business Architect.
Proven training or certification in Business Process Modelling.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, VISIO is required.
Experience in Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies, techniques, and methods, including process mapping/modeling in BPMN tools like SAP Signavio, BiZagi JIRA, Nintex K2,IBM blue Works etc.
The ability to handle multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
