Arxada is seeking a manager for contracts and licenses within IT Governance. The role includes creating, writing, negotiating and reviewing/monitoring hardware, software and services contracts

Key responsibilities:

Liaise with key internal stakeholders to identify and manage a pipeline of sourcing activities
Conduct needs analysis and software budget planning in consultation with the IT streams responsible and the IT Controller
Continuous review of software licenses and subscriptions and drive regular licenses optimization initiatives
Work with internal (and possibly 3rd party external) Legal teams to review license agreements and ensure all legal processes are followed.
Work with internal (and possibly 3rd party external) Procurement teams for negotiation of contracts
Define and introduce a robust supplier management process that ensures consistent and compliant management of our suppliers' contracts and performance

Key requirements:

58+ years leading/managing contract and licensing Strategic thinker with a firm understanding of the global digital licensing landscape Information contract and licensing governance, management of 3rd party vendors and regulatory / compliance / legal / procurement experience ITIL foundation certification or higher Strong stakeholder management skills with the integrity to build trust and drive through results Fluent English.
