- Conduct face-to-face and virtual training sessions for Commercial teams.
- Manage accreditations across the team.
- Spend time in the field to identify learning needs and develop action plans.
- Ensure consistent execution of the Steps of the Call.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to translate strategies into effective training for market execution.
- Coordinate Off-Trade training conducted by external agencies.
- Support and guide commercial teams for improved sales and execution excellence.
- Define training schedules and monitor success.
- Assist with talent mapping, career planning, and other projects as needed.
