Roles and responsibilities
- Understanding the DM value proposition and how significantly it can change a dental/ortho practice workflow
- Create and execute a strategic plan to exceed sales targets, company KPIs and objectives
- Build, motivate, develop and retain a high performing, industry benchmark sales team
- Manage underperformance effectively and appropriately
- Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and critical issues
- Expansion of the direct sales, DSO /chains, insurance and DTC market
- Attend trade shows, both local and international
- Feedback to the senior management team on market trends
- KOL development and working with the team to generate and drive educational events
Essential Qualifications
- Proven success/sales executive track record of sales achievements and managing high performing teams
- A clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach, and how to instill this approach in to your team
- A background in medtech, dental and/or ortho desirable
- A minimum of 23 years in a sales management level role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire your team & coworkers
- Proven ability to drive and maintain commercial excellence
- A high level of IT knowledge and high appreciation for new technology
- The ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers
- Solid understanding of the DSO & insurance structure and approach would be highly desirable
- Native Spanish speaker with a high level of English
