Roles and responsibilities

  • Understanding the DM value proposition and how significantly it can change a dental/ortho practice workflow
  • Create and execute a strategic plan to exceed sales targets, company KPIs and objectives
  • Build, motivate, develop and retain a high performing, industry benchmark sales team
  • Manage underperformance effectively and appropriately
  • Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and critical issues
  • Expansion of the direct sales, DSO /chains, insurance and DTC market
  • Attend trade shows, both local and international
  • Feedback to the senior management team on market trends
  • KOL development and working with the team to generate and drive educational events

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven success/sales executive track record of sales achievements and managing high performing teams
  • A clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach, and how to instill this approach in to your team
  • A background in medtech, dental and/or ortho desirable
  • A minimum of 23 years in a sales management level role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire your team & coworkers
  • Proven ability to drive and maintain commercial excellence
  • A high level of IT knowledge and high appreciation for new technology
  • The ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers
  • Solid understanding of the DSO & insurance structure and approach would be highly desirable
  • Native Spanish speaker with a high level of English
