- Assist in the processes of the official Programs and in the processes of the University' Internal Quality Assurance System related to all the University Programs.
- Provide technical management and coordination support on a cross-cutting basis in all the activities carried out by the Department.
- Coordinate and manage internal follow-up processes of University's Programs.
- Coordinate the collection of information (reports, surveys, data, etc.) required by the University' Internal Quality Assurance System.
- Manage the documentation submission to official bodies (Junta de Castilla y León, Community of Madrid, Ministry of Education, ACSUCYL, etc.), as well as other information required at different times of the academic year.
- Design, develop and update other documents in English and/or Spanish related to the Vice-rectorate needs.
- Assist the Vice-rector for Academic Affairs and the Director of Quality and Accreditation.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Teamworking, customer orientation and problem solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish regarding administrative and legal documents.
- Experience in project management and document management, related to Public Administration is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and data analysis systems.
