- Design people transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of HR processes, business strategies and leading practice point of views in the human capital space with innovative solutions.
- Lead large-scale transformation projects from a people perspective making use of proven project management methodologies.
- Evaluate and manage client challenges so that our clients can maximize the return on their global investment in human capitalthrough technology.
- Lead client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support our clients in the following areas: talent and skill management, learning strategy, organization design and architecture, and workforce analytics.
- Be able to effectively support all aspects of engagement delivery end-to-end with a strong client focus, working closely with other team members to successfully deliver project outcomes
- Be a fast learner and analytical thinker
- Have great communication and collaboration skills
- Have experience working in a complex, fast moving environment and dealing professionally with multiple stakeholders
- Be able to work effectively with little supervision and tight deadlines
- Have strong execution, ownership and accountability skills
- Be a team player
- Manage work and personal commitments within an agile working policy, which means having space for flexibility in how, when and where you complete your work to meet project deliverables
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required and HR advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' consulting experience with Human Resources
- English Proficiency
- Other certifications: Scrum Master, Design Thinking, Prosci, PMI, HR technology certifications
