Today we are looking for a talented Operations Officer to be part of Ariad backbone:
the Operations Team Isn't it exciting?
Great What will I do?

Support the Operations team by executing and coordinating administration duties and office procedures.
Responsible for controlling and reviewing all the day-to-day operations in the Operations Department and make relevant payments in a timely manner

Help out in a lot of different areas, such as:

Finance, Accounting and Admin:

A dmin support on contracting, invoicing, supplier bookkeeping

Contract preparation and signature for consultant as well as clients

Admin Onboarding of our consultants

Receive, check and file monthly timesheet and invoice from consultants

Prepare and ensure a timely delivery of sales invoices to the client along with the signed timesheet

Employee Support:

Help HR with the administrative follow-up of tasks

Nice, am I a fit?
Yes of course, if you

Preferably have experience with Adfinity or a similar accounting software
Are a true people-person eager to help your team and your clients to achieve great things
Have excellent numerical and analytical skills and you love fixing problems
Are a fast-learner with excellent organizational skills and a strong accountability
Are persistent, a real go-getter who is willing to breathe Ariad from dawn till sunset.
Are fluent in English-and ideally have a high level of Dutch or French.
