    Som Content Moderator vil du ha ansvaret for å filtere innholdet på en populær sosiale medie- plattform. Du vil jobbe med screening og overvåkning av plattformens innhold, for støtende, voldelige eller upassende videoer, kommentarer og ads. Du vil spille en viktig rolle for å sjekke plattformens innhold, og sikre en trygg opplevelse for brukerne. Søkere bør huske på at innholdet i noen tilfeller vil være av sensisiv karakter. Du vil ha i midlertid ha støtte fra selskapet i form av deres "Feelgood"-tilbud.

    Hovedansvar som Content Moderator:

    • Overse at rett content blir promotert, og at content som går i mot mediets retningslinjer blir fjernet
    • Fungere som ambassadør for tjenesten
    • Innsamling og vedlikehold av kundedata
    • Ta i mot kundehenvendelser om bl.a. generell service, abonnement, betaling og tekniske spørsmÃ¥l
    • Arbeid med forespørsler og kommentarer via mediekanalene

    Vi ser etter deg som:

    • Snakker og skriver norsk på morsmålsnivå
    • Har efaring innen innholdsmoderering, kundeservice eller andre kontaktsentermiljøer
    • Er bevisst over kulturelle, poitiske og sosiale begivenheter
    • Besitter god kunnskap om aktuelle sosiale medie-kanaler (Facebook, Twitter etc.)
    • Utmerket kommunikasjon og mellommenneskelige ferdigheter
    • Grunnleggende data-kompetanse; Office 365, CRM database og andre interne platformer
    • Kan jobbe fra kontor i Barcelona (nær Glories t-banestasjon)
