    This is an exciting moment to join our growing and dynamic Regulatory Affairs and Quality
    Assurance team where you will be able to significatively impact on business processes and
    contribute to elevate the organization's quality culture.

    Position Summary

    In this position you will contribute to the proper development and maintenance of Neuroelectrics QMS.
    As a Quality Specialist you will be involved in the preparation, revision and availability of quality-related
    documents relative to design control, clinical investigation, production, distribution and actively participate
    in QMS maintenance and monitoring activities such as audits, KPIs, CAPA etc., establishing and
    monitoring.

    What will you do

    • Provides support in all QMS maintenance related activities: ( Document control, Non-conformities CAPA, Change control, Audits, Inspections,...).
    • Participates in preparing, reviewing and maintaining procedures, quality plans, work instructions, forms, specifications, inspections plans, validation plans, qualification plans, templates or any other quality document.
    • Work on the identification and documentation of product related complaints, non-conformities, development of CAPA plans, with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Work on the investigations and follow-up of CAPA, with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Participate in supplier's (product or service suppliers, subcontractors, CROs...) qualification and approval.
    • Participate in preparation and conduction of suppliers's audits and clinical audits.
    • Participate in external and internal audits and regulatory authorities' inspections.
    • Support the collection, analyzing, trending, and reporting of quality metrics.
    • Participate in the preparation/maintenance of establishment/operating licenses.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Comply with and enforce compliance with established information security and privacy policies and standarss and act in accordance with instructions and procedures received.

    What do you need

    • Between 2 and 4 years of experience in Quality in a medical device (preferred) or biotechnological company.
    • Knowledge of ISO 13485, GCP and FDA QSR.
    • Familiar with GxP concept.
    • Knowledge of Quality Assurance tasks (e.g., Auditing, Change Control, Complaints, Deviations, CAPAs, Batch Record Review, Documentation management, Training, Supplier Management, validations, qualifications, and calibrations).
    • Familiar with Medical Device Regulations, Clinical investigation and manufacture of medical devices.
    • University degree in Engineering, or life-science discipline.
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
