    Funciones">The intern will be responsible for supporting the department in the tasks of:
    • Coordinating and managing the reception team, ensuring the correct planning and best execution of activities related to reception and guest management, helping them to solve any problems or handle any complaints.
    • Carry out the hotel's cash count, checking the collection of the different invoices through the different means of payment.
    • Ensure and guarantee communication and synergy between departments, analyse and process forecast reports and ensure compliance with all administrative, regulatory, fiscal and privacy requirements.

      Requisitos The ideal candidate will be pursuing a high school diploma and/or a university degree, preferably in the tourism/hospitality sector.

      Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
    Excellent interpersonal, managerial and organisational skills, customer and results orientation, flexibility and problem solving are essential. In-depth knowledge of the local market is also desirable.     • Availability to join from 23 February.
    • From150 to 300€ gross per month.
    • Access to the canteen for hotel employees.
    • We do not offer accommodation.
