    Sobre el área

    La Disciplina de Financial Planning & Performance está ubicada dentro del área de Finanzas España.

    Entre otras funciones, se encarga de la gestión end-to-end del perímetro de Gastos de Explotación de BBVA España (dotación presupuestaria, cierres contables, seguimiento presupuestario, planes de eficiencia y facturación).

    Sobre el puesto

    El puesto incluye las siguientes funciones:

    • Análisis de la Cuenta de Gastos de las Áreas de Negocio y Apoyo (riesgos, engineering, finanzas, T&C, Client Solutions...).
    • Colaborar en el proceso presupuestario de la cuenta de gastos de BBVA España.
    • Seguimiento, junto con los Cost Manager de cada área, de la evolución y cumplimiento presupuestario de su cuenta de gastos.
    • Definición y actualización de drivers de distribución de costes entre las áreas, dentro del proceso Cost Allocation.

    El puesto puede estar ubicado en Madrid o Bilbao.

    Sobre ti

    • Titulación superior, preferiblemente en ADE o Economía.
    • Experiencia en la industria de servicios financieros en áreas de estrategia, consultoría, contabilidad.
    • Capacidad de comunicar e influir en los principales stakeholders.
    • Elevada capacidad de análisis y síntesis, y visión de negocio bancario.

    Requisitos mínimos

    • Capacidad de interpretación de los EEFF de una entidad.
    • Conocimiento de las partidas principales de la cuenta de gastos generales de las entidades financieras.
    • Usuario avanzado en herramientas de Ofimática, de análisis, tratamiento y reporting de información, que permitan el desarrollo de soluciones de automatización de procesos.
    • Perfil con al menos 3-4 años de experiencia contrastada en el sector financiero, consultoría o auditoría.
