- Elaborar el plan de negocio anual en base a los objetivos de ventas establecidos en Amundi y desarrollar las distintas acciones comerciales en colaboración con el Distribuidor.
- Seguir el cumplimiento de los objetivos de negocio y gestionar las acciones necesarias para su consecución; detectar posibles desviaciones y proponer medidas correctoras.
- Preparar y canalizar ideas de producto focalizadas para cada segmento, acordadas previamente con el Distribuidor. Interacción con los equipos de Inversión, Marketing & Producto y con otros equipos a nivel local y/o a nivel del grupo Amundi.
- Elaborar información y documentos, así como participar en las reuniones periódicas con los equipos de la Dirección responsable de cada segmento o entidad del Distribuidor para proponer actividades y actuaciones comerciales con el objetivo de alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y potenciar el desarrollo del negocio.
- Difundir las soluciones de inversión del grupo Amundi en el Distribuidor mediante la participación en todo tipo de eventos internos con asesores o con cliente final, en modo online o presencial.
- Desarrollar y preparar contenidos formativos para la red del Distribuidor. Coordinar y participar en el desarrollo de las herramientas de soporte.
- Proponer iniciativas para incrementar el tráfico de usuarios en la intranet: organización de la información dedicada para cada segmento, creación local de contenidos o incorporación de documentos del grupo Amundi dedicado para Inversor Profesional como soporte a la venta.
- Estudiar activamente la competencia para detectar oportunidades y amenazas, y preparar documentación de soporte para los Asesores de la entidad distribuidora de nuestros productos.
- Proponer acciones de mejora en base a los resultados de la encuesta anual de calidad de servicio al Distribuidor.
