- Lead the development, implementation, and operation of technology solutions enabling supply chain processes.
- Provide technology and data analytics solutions to support business requirements in key areas such as integrated demand & supply planning, global logistics & distribution, and global network planning.
- Play a leading role as part of our S/4 HANA initiative in the area of supply chain, ensuring a smooth migration considering all relevant interfaces to associated systems and applications.
- Partner with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technology solutions considering the existing system/application landscape.
- Ensure reliability, security, and compliance of technology solutions.
- Provide training and support for end-users for new functionalities and processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies driving innovation in the digital supply chain area.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience managing global technology solutions in the supply chain area.
- In-depth knowledge of core SAP SD/MM & PP functionality, and expertise in S/4 and solutions such as Netweaver.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams with agile methodologies.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of supply chain processes and technology trends.
