- Support, providing in-house technical support for hrX Assist and hrX Core
- Diagnose and resolve softwareapplicationissues accordingly to available procedures andmethodology.
- Capacity to understand / analyse a problem and propose resolutions paths.
- Ensure accurate documentation is maintained
- Proactively keep informed, outsideinternal training, of latest technology trends
- Goodinfrastructure administrationskills integratingnetworking, systems & monitoring solutions, coupled with software & general ITmaintenance skills.
- Proven capability of supporting software andapplicationtechnical problems.

Descripción
Role The hrX Assist Associate will process, analyse,research, validate, and support the tasks related to the hrX Assist ticketing tool for the client's employees according to the client'sservice level agreements.
This individual will assist in the correction and resolution of the issues reported and monitor and escalate all systems-related errors that could prevent the client's employees from using theapplication.
