    The Community TeamCette équipe est l'une des composantes majeures du succès d'Ekkiden. Cette Team Community est la réponse du groupe aux enjeux du recrutement, à travers l'utilisation de tous les canaux, comme la gestion des relations avec les écoles de commerce et d'ingénieurs, la participation à des salons spécialisés, la présence sur les réseaux sociaux et la production de contenus, le suivi de nos nombreuses candidatures et l'animation de la relation avec nos candidats. Cette équipe hybride permet aux équipes Business de gagner des parts de marché et au groupe d'atteindre ses objectifs de croissance ambitieux en s'entourant des meilleures personnes au bon moment et au bon endroit. Responsabilités:Vous serez responsable d'une partie du marché français Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les Business Managers pour assurer la compréhension des rôles, de l'activité et des clients. Vous définirez les critères clés pour le sourcing, l'identification et la prise de contact avec les meilleurs candidats (jobboards, réseaux sociaux, événements,...) en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise. Vous serez responsable des processus de bout en bout. Construire et gérer des communautés avec les candidats après le processus de recrutement Brainstorming sur les stratégies d'acquisition innovante / growth hacking / marketing entrant et campagnes de ressourcement Création et supervision des actions de marketing numérique, web, médias sociaux, contenu et événements. Ce que nous recherchons:Au moins 6 mois d'expérience dans l'acquisition de talents (dans les profils ingénieurs serait un plus ) Une personnalité Une personne autonome, persévérante, avec une envie folle de s'impliquer, d'avoir un impact et de participer à un projet entrepreneurial ambitieux au sein d'une équipe passionnée et motivée. Une personne ayant un intérêt marqué pour le community management, le digital, la communication, le recrutement et le networking. Études axées sur les RH, l'acquisition de talents, le numérique, le marketing ou la communication. La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est obligatoire, toute autre langue est un plus.
