- Manufacturing activities to achieve a smooth launch meeting targets before SOP
- Project Industrialization of new customer products
- To create and update required machinery capacity analysis and availability
- Defining technical specifications of new equipment or adaptation of Existing
- Management of equipment projects with suppliers, from technical definition until SOP
- Responsible to manage investment budget
- Managing industrialization timing plan and monitoring activities of involved resources
- Responsible for customer & pre-serial
- To ensure proper communication and coordination between project and plant team and manufacturing feasibility
- To confirm tooling & checking fixtures specifications
- Validate P-FMEA
- Degree in Engineering or related technical degree
- 5 to 10 years experience in Production and/or Manufacturing Engineering. Experience in Program and Project Management, leading Project Teams
- Proven skills in automotive manufacturing (product, process, technologies)
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams (Development Center, Plant Process Engineering, Production Systems, Logistics) in different locations
- High level of English and Spanish, spoken and written, it is mandatory
- Availability to travel if required, national & international.
