    What you will do:

  • Dual Cap of Thinking and Implementing : Develop and implement strategies to lower costs and optimize profitability for the airline.
  • Financial Performance Optimization : Analyze financial data, operating KPIs, and market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and margin enhancement.
  • Innovative Solutions : Embrace creativity and innovation to seek new ways of streamlining processes and minimizing expenses, whether it's implementing advanced analytics tools or negotiating vendor contracts.
  • Key Senior Business Partner : Provide strategic guidance to senior management on financial decisions and business initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset : Continuously evaluate and identify areas for improvement. Through ongoing analysis and feedback, you contribute to a culture of continuous improvement that drives Volotea toward greatness.

    • What you will need:

  • Proven Track Record : Previous experience, 3-5 years in a consulting role – preferably with aviation clients. A good track record in successfully using strategy for reducing costs and/or increasing profitability.
  • Quantitative Skills : Whether it's crunching data or performing complex calculations, strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data are important for this role.
  • Ambition and Drive : The role is ideal for high-performing individuals who are hungry for success. Your relentless drive to excel and exceed expectations will be key driving forces.
  • Excellent communication skills : Fluency in English is a must, with fluency in Spanish a plus. French or Italian also a plus. From presenting your findings to collaborating with the team, you should be able to convey information clearly and concisely.
