As Strategy Manager you will have a key role in enabling the success of the overall Catalog Games organization and in setting it up for success, by assessing and improving our strategy governance and communication.


In this role you will have the chance to work collaboratively across all parts of the organization and with our partners across King, including the game teams, technology, marketing, and business performance.

We are looking for someone with the ability to think strategically, grasp the subtleties of game development, deep dive into the details and advise on executional direction and goals orientation.


Your role within our Kingdom

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with Catalog Games leadership team to develop strategies aimed at enhancing the performance and profitability of the organization.
  • Oversee the implementation of the strategy and monitor performance against predefined objectives
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on the progress of strategic initiatives and present findings to senior leadership
  • Create detailed business cases for new initiatives, incorporating financial analyses and projections
  • Identify potential risks associated with strategic plans and devise contingency plans for risk mitigation as well as competing objectives
  • Establish relationships with central teams such as Shared Tech, Central Analytics, or Finance to ensure alignment and obtain firsthand insights on key business matters.
  • Own governance related to strategy development, setting the schedule and facilitating strategy planning
  • Manage and lead OKR review sessions with the Catalog Games leadership team and track actionable items

Skills to create thrills:


  • Proven experience in a strategic role, preferably within the gaming industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting quantitative data and transforming it into actionable strategies.
  • Project management expertise, managing multiple projects concurrently while ensuring successful, timely delivery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of engaging with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of the gaming industry, including market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Possess a strategic mindset and the ability to merge it with operational efficiency.
