    We are looking for a skilled and business-savvy data analyst to join our Revenue Management team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background with expertise in profiling, clustering, and statistical analysis, and a keen understanding of how data-driven insights contribute to strategic business decisions.

    This role is integral to translating complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations that drive business growth and innovation.

    Responsibilities :

    Statistical analysis :

    • Leverage advanced analytical techniques to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
    • Apply statistical methods to analyze and interpret complex datasets
    • Assess the effectiveness of Pricing and Offering activities.
    • Provide statistical support for A / B testing and other experimentation initiatives.

    Data profiling and exploration :

    • Utilize clustering and segmentation techniques to identify customer segments, business opportunities and trends.
    • Conduct comprehensive data profiling to validate and interpret clustering results within large datasets.
    • Define personalized strategies based on segmentation insights.

    Data cleaning and preprocessing :

    • Develop and implement methodologies for data standardization and normalization.
    • Collaborate with IT and BI teams to optimize data pipelines for analysis.
    • Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and reliability in analysis.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that offer real-time insights into key performance indicators, supporting making informed business actions.

    Business strategy alignment :

    • Translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
    • Define requirements and align analytical outputs with strategic goals.
    • Effectively communicate complex analytical findings in a business context, tailoring the message to the audience, and providing actionable recommendations.

    Education :

    Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

    Experience :

    • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on profiling, clustering, and segmentation analysis.
    • Strong business acumen and a track record of translating data insights into actionable business strategies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.

    and experience with applications

    • Demonstrated expertise in using tools such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis.
    • Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
