Your role

Your mission is, to maximize the sustainable growth of our Service business by joining a dedicated team where you will help coordinate, support, and implement Data-driven operations for Power Technique products.

Within a cross-functional team you will explore and lead new insights, both machine as market-based, and develop new processes that can be used or developed to guarantee a better availability, performance, and lower cost of ownership on the active fleet of our customers.

As an Uptime Center Engineer, you will work together with the different stakeholders to dispatch and loop back our needs and feedback to support development of new data insights and triggers which you will then monitor.

You will report to the Program Leader Connectivity.

You will consolidate and translate the operational request from our product managers, customer centers and technical support teams into business and technical requirements.

Once developed you will then monitor fleet performance and behavior and follow up units which require attention with the necessary teams in the Customer Centers or technical support.

You have 3+ years of experience in data analysis (cleaning, pivoting, grouping)
Ideally, you have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Data Science and AI) or a

- background in technical support or engineering of mechanical/ electrical equipment

You can process Telematics/ IOT data for machine behavioral analysis
You take interest in learning about new technology and opportunities
You like autonomy and enjoy working on multiple projects with different stakeholders
You adapt your communication to extract business requirements from different user profiles into technical development deliverables
You are fluent in English, as this is our internal language.

Job location

We are a global team working in a hybrid model, with a possibility to work from home for 2 days a week.

We have offices in Antwerp and Zaragoza. Thus, we are flexible with your location. #Li-hybrid.
