    About the role As a Junior Financial Analyst,you will help the team provide accurate financial reports and analyses to make well-informed decisions.


    What challenges you'll be solving Collaborate in the preparation and development of investor and corporate-orientated materials, including quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, Q&A, and other associated materials.

    Consolidate and analyze financial data taking into account the company's goals and financial standing.
    Identify financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
    Collect and summarise data to structure reports on financial status and risks.
    Collaborate on the development and improvement of the financial models, and conduct benchmarking and process analysis.
    Handle business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
    Identify trends, advise the company and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on sound analysis.
    Manage process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
    Contribute to ongoing projects from the Finance team.
    Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

    What you'll need ???????? A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
    Currently doing a Master's in Finance will be a nice to have.
    Experience in fintech and start-up is a must. Audit, B4 or Fintech experience is a plus.
    Excellent communication skills inEnglish. Spanish is a plus.
    Outstanding presentation skills.
    Proficient level in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience usingspreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications. Tableau andBI knowledge will be a plus.
    Strong capabilities in attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    Good research, quantitative and analytical skills.
    Well-informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environments.
