Job Description:

Reporting to the Director Statutory & Insurance, the Financial Analyst is responsible for monitoring the statutory performance of the Group affiliates (Transfer Pricing), manage the intra-group and 3rd party royalty flows (in & out), manage the intra-group loans and contribute to the management of the Group's insurance program.

Key Responsibilities- Take the responsibility of executing the Transfer Pricing related activities such as the planning of the landing of the statutory profitability based on the Group's Transfer Pricing policy, manage and optimize the data base (PBCS, M3) and ensure the validation of workflows in the appropriate data management tool- Take the responsibility of the royalty calculation (in & out), prepare and communicate the reports for our license partners, organize the accounting bookings (accruals and invoices) and payments with the accounting team and support royalty audits and ad hoc requests.- Take the responsibility of the interest calculation on intra-group loans, organize the reports with our affiliates and the booking and invoicing with our accounting team.- Contribute to our insurance program such as the annual renewal of the Group's insurance lines, maintain the central information database, and respond to daily insurance requests.

Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an international environment within an audit, finance or transfer pricing team.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage.- Knowledge of Accounting- Proven experience with MS Office, ERP, Business Intelligence tools and reporting systems.

Familiarity with M3 and PBCS is a plus.- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to interact at different level of the organization.- Capacity to understand and follow complex processes and workflows.- Excellent analytical mind-set and organizational skills- Proficiency in English and other languages would be a plus.
