Ensure correct and timely Invoicing to Clients, along with all supporting documentation required by Clients' AP departments;

Reviewing documentation and ensuring correct set up of projects in Adaptive's Systems. This includes liaising with the Business to ensure correctness and Revenue recognition rules are adhered to;
Ensure correct monthly Revenue recognition with necessary support and reconciliations;
Produce commentary and analysis on Revenue and Gross profit for Monthly Management Information reporting;
Credit control: Liaising with Client AP contacts for payment and escalating with the Business when required;
Preparing overdue reports, running WIP and Debt meetings and reporting to stakeholders;
Preparing overdue analysis for monthly Management reporting;
Cash receipt and payments allocation in systems;
Updating of treasury files and cash management, including ownership of Factoring facilities with Financial institutions;
Controlling and reporting of reimbursable expenses by Clients;
Assist the Head of FP&A with reporting for various departments and divisions within the Business;
Computation of commission accruals and payments for Sales Department;
External audit support;
Improvement of processes and controls, including, as the SME looking for ways to automate certain processes;

Great opportunity in finance department of international company|Fluent level of English is a must

Bachelors Degree in Accounting;
Minimum of 3 years experience in a Revenue and/or controller role or similar role;
Fluent in English;
Strong Excel skills;
Good attention to detail;
Hard working, efficient, motivated and selfstarter;
