What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Representative on our team, you will:Manage reservations (modification, cancellation, or creation of new reservations)
Advise clients on the services we provide by phone or emailManage the back-office of reservations (issuance, modification and cancellation of reservations)Provide after-sales service (litigation and compensation management)Manage and manage the administrative process (invoicing, written communication, travel documents) Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you:
Are proficient or bilingual in French and Dutch plus an advanced level EnglishAre yourself With interpersonal skills, good listening skills and a sense of serviceHave a good team spirit, a taste for challenges and challenges will come in handy on a daily basisCan demonstrate good oral and written expression and an ability to adaptAre an IT literate in order to easily handle our tools.
