    Nuestro cliente es una importante multinacional y un referente en el sector retail. Es una gran empresa, solida y en crecimiento, dinámica, en la que se potencia el talento y el bienestar de los/las empleados/as.

    Actualmente buscamos personas dispuestas a mudarse a MELILLA para ocupar una posición de management con un gran equipo personas y un volumen de negocio muy alto, reportando directamente al director/a de superficie.

    Condiciones negociables y competitivas >30K, más variables trimestrales. Entrará a formar parte del Comité de Empresa.

    Acciones de empresa. Beneficio pago anual.

    Jornada de 5 días laborales a la semana, de lunes a viernes (más dos sábados al mes teniendo un día festivo entre semana).

    Horario aprox: 9 a horas libres al mediodía).

    Realizará las siguientes funciones:

    • Seguimiento y liderazgo del equipo de venta (+ de 10 personas)
    • Control de varias secciones en cuanto a analítica de venta, control de stock y seguimiento de indicadores.
    • Formará parte del comité de dirección y por tanto a la toma de decisiones estratégicas del centro comercial y de sus áreas.
    • Realizar planes de acción para potenciar las ventas y conseguir objetivos.
    • Negociación con proveedores, control de costes, propuestas de promociones, etc.

    Requisitos:

    Deberá aportar una experiencia mínima de 3 años de cargos relacionados gestión de equipos y valorable en punto de venta desde una orientación estratégica.
    Liderazgo innovador y de retos.
    Orientación resultados.
    Acostumbrado/a a entornos competitivos de mercado.
