    We are looking for a Field Service Engineer & Costumer Support Professionalwho wants to consolidate a career being a part of a leading in vitro diagnostic company that has been growing enormously during the last 15 years.

    The role is a hybrid between Technical Services and Customer Service Center.

    As an expert professional in your field, you will be joining our Technical Services Department to support the assigned region (Málaga) and concurrently ensure and maximize customer satisfaction with Sysmex product lines.


    In this role you will:
    Field Service Engineer (FSE)


    Carry out installations and guaranteesCarry out repair actions, maintenance visits andexecute corrective technical actionsMaintain the quality of the installations & detects errorsReport data regarding the quality situation of the installations from the field of work to the head officeMaintain the quality of the installations & detects errorsAttend appointments with the client for corrective interventions, being responsible of the proper functioning of the installed baseCostumer Service Center (CSC) Unique point of reference with customers, providing added value in increasing their satisfaction (customers' only telephone line)Ensure assistance aimed at customer satisfaction of all Sysmex products / solutions in the assigned geographic area.

    Reception and management of external Service (customer) telephone requests:
    repairs, equipment maintenance, improvements and queries.
    Processing of requests through the corporate program established for this purpose: data recording and opening of service orders.

    Responsible for opening the service order process, and transferring it to the technicians in the area for its closure in the service order management program.

    What you need to be sucessful:

    Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering orBiosciencesAdvanced Certificate in electronics and/or equivalent industry experienceNative level of Spanish and fluent in EnglishTechnical electronic equipment background, 3-5 years ofexperience managing technical teams (IVD industry)Between 2-3years of management experience in jobs that include direct customer contactKnowledge as a user of PC tools and software applicationsCapable of working independently and towork under stressful situationWhat's in it for you?
