The Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) is a cutting-edge institute addressing global public health challenges through research, translation into policy and education.
ISGlobal has a broad portfolio in communicable and non-communicable diseases including environmental and climate determinants, and applies a multidisciplinary scientific approach ranging from the molecular to the population level.
Research is organized in three main areas, Malaria and other Infectious Diseases, Child and Maternal Health, and Urban Health, Climate & Non-Communicable Diseases.

What We Are Looking for:
ISGlobal is seeking for a part-time research nurse to contribute to the development and implementation of different research projects on tropical imported diseases at the International Health Department at Hospital Clinic.
Specific Requirements:
- Degree in nursery
- Previous knowledge on tropical and imported diseases/international health
- Previous knowledge on pretravel consultations
- Previous experience in clinical research
Desirable:
- Master in tropical medicine/international health
Key Responsibilities:
- Study protocol writing/review
- Followup of study procedures
- Conduct study procedures related to sample collection and CRF completion
- Administrative, management and logistics support to projects.
- Support to other group research, mobility and training activities when required.
Language level:
- Catalan /Spanish Proficient, and English advance
Conditions: - Duration: 6 months
- Starting date: 09/01/2023
- Contract: parttime (50%)
