- Contestar, registrar y tramitar todas las llamadas, peticiones, preguntas o dudas de los clientes internos y externos.
- Procesar las solicitudes de los huéspedes.
- Hacer un seguimiento de los huéspedes para asegurarse de que sus peticiones o problemas se han resuelto de forma satisfactoria.
- Crear experiencias únicas para los clientes.
- Gestión de quejas.
- Experiencia previa en atención cliente de lujo.
- Actitud positiva y personalidad extrovertida.
- Español e inglés avanzados.
- Contrato fijo discontinuo.

- Turnos seguidos de 8h rotativos.
- Horario de lunes a domingo con dos días libres seguidos a la semana, un fin de semana libre al mes y planificación mensual de horarios.
