    Important Investment Portfolio Manager specialized in the technology sector and providing advice to all types of entities on investment products is looking for a Compliance Analyst for their offices in Madrid.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for preparing documentation for commissions, committees, etc.
    • Analysis of current regulations, updates, and new regulations, especially those applicable to investment services and banking services.
    • Drive and coordinate technological projects related to regulatory developments.
    • Data protection.
    • Development and monitoring of employee training plans.
    • Provide cross-functional support to different departments regarding regulatory queries.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Business Administration and/or Law.
    • High level of English.
    • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Compliance roles in credit institutions or investment services companies, or in a top-tier consultancy providing similar services.
    • Essential knowledge of regulations applicable to investment services and banking services: MiFID, MIFIR, LOPDGDD, FATCA, and CRS, PSD2, etc.
