    Qué Harás En este rol planificarás y dirigirás actividades de mejora de procesos y mantenimiento con vistas a incrementar la fiabilidad y el rendimiento de las líneas de empaquetado.

    Trabajarás en un ambiente cross-funcional basado en una cultura de mejora continua que te brindará oportunidades de desarrollo personal y profesional.

    Cumplimiento del calendario de mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos de producción, tanto las áreas de fabricación como de empaquetado.

    Planificación, control y supervisión de los trabajos realizados de forma interna como de contratas designadas para estos trabajos. Resolución de incidencias técnicas.

    Coordinar las tareas de mejora continua acordadas con los departamentos de producción (productividad), calidad (GMPs) o EHS (Seguridad de equipos).

    Asegurar el cumplimiento con los estándares de seguridad y procedimientos relacionados con los sistemas de trabajo. Soporte técnico durante investigaciones relacionadas con la calidad del producto o la seguridad de los procesos o personas. Soporte a la ejecución de proyectos de las áreas de fabricación (durante fase de diseño y puesta en marcha). Formar parte del equipo de proyecto. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las leyes aplicables y las políticas de Kenvue en Calidad, Medioambiente, Seguridad y Salud. Seguimiento del control de gasto del departamento asignado a Equipos de producción. Optimización de costes internos y externos. Liderar la aplicación de técnicas y metodologías de mejora continua de procesos.

    Responsable de la mejora de OEE en las áreas de fabricación y empaquetado en base a paradas técnicas, microparadas y cambios de formato.

    Seguimiento de KPIs según objetivos establecidos para el área. Responsable de la gestión de seguridad de máquinas en trabajo conjunto con el departamento de EHS. Promover la Cultura de Seguridad en el departamento.

    Qualifications Qué estamos buscando CUALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS Educación requerida:
    Ingeniería Superior/Técnica o Grado de Ingeniería Industrial, especialidad Mecánica/Automatización o con conocimientos similares


    Aptitudes requeridas :
    Experiencia en el manejo de sistemas informáticos de gestión de mantenimiento. Alta capacidad de análisis y de resolución de problemas Capacidad de trabajar en ambiente multinacional. Idiomas (Inglés) Capacidad de comunicación con distintos niveles de la organización. Formación y experiencia en los sistemas de seguridad de máquinas y en las normas de aplicación.


    Deseables o preferibles:
    Experto en procesos de fabricación y de empaquetado en sector farmacéutico o similares. Persona innovadora y orientada a la mejora continua, organizada y metódica. Experto en fiabilidad de máquinas.
