To support our growth and outreach efforts, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Manager to join our team.
The primary objective of this role is to organically generate more leads and opportunities that seamlessly convert into strategic partnerships and sales.
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in elevating Bold's market presence and establishing the brand as a frontrunner in electrification and engineering services.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategies to position Bold as a leading brand in the electrification and engineering services sector.
- Craft compelling messaging that effectively communicates Bold's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence.
- Define and implement robust strategies for both inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from leads to strategic partnerships and sales opportunities.
- Oversee all aspects of marketing, including the website, physical offices, documentation, and other collateral.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Work closely with the team to create engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience.
- Develop thought leadership pieces, case studies, and other materials to showcase Bold's expertise and success stories.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies.
- Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities for business development and brand enhancement.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation and brand positioning.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the electrification and engineering services sector is a plus.
