To support our growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Receptionist to join our team. The primary focus is to ensure an exceptional experience for everyone who visits our headquarters.

You will be a key part of our team and the face of the business to many of our partners and colleagues.

we are designing, developing, testing, and manufacturing the next generation of high-performance batteries to innovative projects for multiple industries.

What you will do:

Manage inbound calls and be the first point of contact for the office.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
Coordinate access control, including the use of physical keys and Envoy system.
Handle meeting room arrangements, ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment setup.
Assist in general office maintenance,

What you will need to succeed:

Previous experience in office administration and coordination.
Discretion, trustworthiness, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Able to communicate in English and Spanish.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
High energy and ambition.
